Reporting a problem with a plan

Attach the plan's export: on the plan, open the menu (⋮) and choose Export model (JSON). The file holds the dive, gases and settings behind the plan and the app version, so I can reproduce it exactly.

Then add:

• your phone;
• what you expected, and what another planner or your computer gives, if you checked;
• a screenshot, if the problem is how something looks.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, and refunds are handled by them. If something you bought is not unlocked, email me with the order number.

Your data

The app keeps everything on your phone. See the privacy policy.

Safety

This planner is a tool to support training and experience, not a replacement for them. Check every plan against your computer and your training before diving it.
