Privacy policy

TTS Deco collects nothing. Your plans stay on your device. The only personal data I receive is what you choose to send me by email.

Who I am

TTS Deco is made by Will Pimblett, an individual developer in the United Kingdom. I am the controller of any personal data described here. Contact me at tts-deco@wjdp.uk.

The app

• There is no account and no advertising.
• The app does not connect to the internet, and has no analytics or crash reporting of its own.
• If you allow it in your phone's settings, Google or Apple may share anonymous crash reports with me through their developer consoles.
• Your dives, cylinders and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
• If you export a plan or your settings, the file goes only where you send it, using your device's share sheet.

Purchases

If you buy an unlock, the purchase is handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own privacy policies. They take your payment details; the app learns only that the unlock has been bought. I can see order records in the store's console, which Google or Apple provide for refunds and accounting.

Feedback and support email

If you email me feedback or a question, I receive your email address, your name if your email app includes it, and whatever you write or attach.

I use this only to read and reply to you and to improve the app. My lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering the people who contact me. I do not share it, sell it or add you to a mailing list. I keep feedback email for up to two years after your last message, then delete it. Ask me and I will delete it sooner.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
• Fonts and images are served from this site; no third-party requests.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Web preview

Testers may be given a version of the app that runs in a web browser. It works like the phone app: plans are stored in your browser and are not sent anywhere. It is hosted by Cloudflare, as above.

Children

TTS Deco is intended for qualified divers aged 18 and over.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Email tts-deco@wjdp.uk. If you are unhappy with how I handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

If the app starts to collect anything, this policy will change first, and the date above will show when.
